Our Impact 2025-2026

We are delighted to unveil our Impact Report for the last academic year. It’s a year that’s seen us deliver more programmes, reach more young people and share more stories than ever before!

It’s also a year that saw us turn one-school based programme into six, work with young people from every corner of our community, take to the stage with Company 3, devise an entirely new evaluation model with the Open University and laugh ourselves silly with Sara Pascoe at the Soho Theatre Walthamstow.

Of course, none of this impact would be possible without the generosity of so many supporters. We are especially grateful to the Mercers’ Company and are delighted to have been selected for their ‘Literacy Cohort’ fund alongside a handful of local and national charities working to foster reading and writing for pleasure among young people. Our thanks also go to those who have funded us this year including Barking and Dagenham Giving, Park Charitable Trust, Spectris Foundation, Pen to Print, the Siobhan Dowd Trust and the SJP Charitable Foundation. We are also deeply grateful for all those who donated their time or their money or turned up to our comedy fundraiser.
